Feature for Friday 5/21/10

This week I'm featuring a fabulous UK seller! Hooray for the UK (I'd love to visit some day)! Since my computer is oh-so-slow these days, I'm just going to start right now. Please meet Jane, owner and creator of picciolo on Etsy!Jane says, "picciolo makes useful and stylish handmade items for you and your home, including jewelry, accessories, pouches and stationery. Perfect for yourself or as gifts."

One of my first faves from Jane's shop is the bright and colorful ceramic pendant. These pendants come in many different colors and are offered in two shapes - rectangle and circle. They come on a tan leather cord with lobster clasp closure. The pendants are simple and fun, yet make a bold statement and will brighten up your day! The price is right too - at only $14.00, one of these beauties can be yours! Please CLICK HERE for more info.

Another great find from picciol
o is the cute and stylish pouches. There are different sizes available, and I chose to show you the small size, about 4.5 inches X 4.5 inches (or 11.5 cm X 11.5 cm). One of the things that drew me to Jane's shop is the vibrant colors that she uses in her work! I love it! The pouch that I'm showing you is a bright turquoise with snap button closure. It's padded and lightweight, and it's the perfect size for holding all your little essentials while on the go. Please CLICK HERE to find out more.

Next, a pretty little notebook, perfect for anyone! Jane says, "
This notebook has been hand sewn with a felt and fabric circle and then hand painted with a leaf and plant motif. No two of these notebooks will ever be exactly the same as I hand sew and paint each design, so you will have a notebook that is very individual to you. The notebook itself is a Muji ruled book, with 60 lined pages. It measures 14.5 x 20.8 cm (approximately A5 size)." I love Jane's designs! Check out the full item description - CLICK HERE.picciolo also offers items for your home! This is one of my favorites from the shop, a foldable fabric box. These boxes can be so useful around the house! Organize everything, and when you don't need to use it, you can fold it up and store your box away for another day, another use! The felt boxes are "handstitched using felt which has been strengthened on the front and back faces to provide stability, and it also folds flat for ease of posting and storage. Each box comes with a separate strengthened felt piece to put in the bottom when the box is open, to make it even more sturdy." Check out the entire line of picciolo's foldable fabric boxes, please CLICK HERE.
