The Groundhog Says...

The Groundhog says we'll be seeing six more weeks of winter! This is probably a good thing, since we really haven't seen much winter-like weather out here in California. The snow pack is so scarce this year that it has them worried about water again...

So, do you believe the groundhog? I saw on Good Morning America that it's only been right 39% of the time since they started the tradition. Hhhmmm...Are you hoping for six more weeks of winter?

I live in Southeastern Wisconsin and our winter has been fairly warm. We get very frigid weather here during the winter months and I haven't missed it one bit! So, I'm hoping the ground hog is wrong. I'm ready for flip flops and sun dresses again:-)

I just heard this is the warmest winter in history, since keeping track that is. Kinda makes you a bit worried about Global Warming ... especially since I'm in Florida !

Happiness to all !

the ONLY reason i would ever be typing the words YES I WANT MORE WINTER is because i know my trees, bushes and flowers need more before spring comes! so i'm blaming that moment of insanity on my yard!

Well here in Chicago, we have not really had winter yet. I wouldn't mind a little snow, as long as it comes and goes quickly.

6 more weeks of winter sounds truly awful - and this has probably been the mildest winter I've ever experienced in Chicago. I feel like Mr. Groundhog ALWAYS says there's going to be 6 more weeks of winter. Maybe he just likes messing with us. :)

Well, we don't see much of winter here in Georgia. I would like to see a few more weeks of cooler weather...before the heat and humidity sets in.
