A Trip to the Park

Usually I don't let my kids go to the park by themselves.  I'm a little overprotective that way.  But I decided to go ahead and let them go to the park that's just down the street for a little bit.  While there are so many worries that a parent might have...I never thought that I'd be worried about this for a trip to the park...

...And THIS is just another reason why you shouldn't let your kids go to the park alone(LOL)!  They come home with surprises!  Even though it's cute, we might not be able to keep this surprise, but I'll keep you updated!  What do you think?

The prizes at my local park are not nearly that cool. Lucky pup indeed, that they were found. So odd that someone would leave them at the park though.

How cute. I wonder what it was doing there? I have 2 dogs and both are rescues from the local shelter. It's always good to welcome a homeless baby into your home.

Please Mommy! Can we keep this little cutie? Look at that face. This one needs some good loving.

A lady and her daughter had the lil pup and were looking for someone to take her. Their dog just had a litter of six, and they had to find homes for at least three of them by the end of the day. My daughter just couldn't say no, I guess...So they ended up bringing one home!

He looks so sweet - I hope you keep him. A dog brings a lot of love and happiness to a home and it can be a wonderful way to teach children about responsibility. He looks like a keeper to me!

He is so cute, how could you say no to keeping it. They are a lot of work, but worth it in the end.
