So...Daughter is now officially enrolled in the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine summer session, but not the session she originally wanted.  The session for San Francisco was completely full (and I guess it has been for weeks).  The only other feasible option was the session in Los Angeles (Washington, D.C. would have never worked for us).  It's going to be interesting as far as travel planning goes, but we're going to give it a go!

Although she's disappointed on missing out for the San Francisco session, she's excited to be able to participate in the one in L.A.  We have A LOT more fundraising to do, though, because there's a dress code (and she has absolutely NO business dress attire in her wardrobe at all).  We also have a bit more travel expenses to cover, because L.A. is much further than San Francisco!

So we're going to be on the lookout for both inexpensive business dress and business casual outfits, suitable for a teenager.  Have any ideas?

That is wonderful! Congratulations!
I'm short not to mention short on money so shopping for business attire can be a challenge. I did most of my shopping at JCPenney during one of their sales.

Congratulation to your daughter! I hope it's a wonderful experience for her.
Surprisingly Target and Walmart have a few options for inexpensive business attire. Good luck.
