Need a New Camera

I'll be honest.  I've needed a new camera for at least a couple of years now.  The one I use is so old, it seems like it takes forever just to snap the shot.  Yes, it's that bad.

I remember visiting a blog a little while ago, and the blogger had just received her new camera (and her test shots she posted were amazing).  She had given me advice on a good, inexpensive camera to try...But I must've deleted that email (just my luck).  So now I ask you, what's your advice for me on a good, inexpensive easy-to-use camera?

I use Sony cameras. I have two. One was very expensive (and a gift) the other inexpensive and also a gift.

The more expensive camera take much better pictures.

I just don't like taking pictures!

I have an OLD Nikon Cool pics and I like it. I would definitely look at the Nikon Cool pics before buying my next camera.

I also have a Canon PowerShot, and I love it. I got mine is 2009. My camera is still working wonderfully, but I know that the new options are even better.

I loved, and love, my Canon. I had a Canon power shot, and it was good. I now have a much more expensive Canon, and it is great!

The way my husband and I picked out our cameras was by reading reviews and looking at the photos. Everyone is different with what they want their camera to do. I love my D7000 Nikon and taking manual pictures, but not every one likes DSLRs. Hubby likes the simple point & shoot but with some extra options.

My favorite digital cameras have always been Kodaks. I do have a Nikon that I use now. I like a camera that is small enough to throw in my purse because I take it everywhere.

I love my Canon Cybershot so much, that I've purchased 3 in a row when I've upgraded over the past decade. I've had Nikons and Sonys in the past, but something about the Canon Cybershot and Powershot lines just give consistent greatness.
