Pumpkins at the Pumpkin Farm

Yesterday I showed you all the animals at the pumpkin farm, and today I'm sharing with you the PUMPKINS at the pumpkin farm!  As I mentioned yesterday, this farm pre-cuts the pumpkins and places them all around the farm in different areas for "pumpkin hunting."

The medium to large pumpkins surround a big pyramid of hay bales that kids can climb on and get a view of all the pumpkins from high up!

This farm also has many types of pumpkins.  It's fun to just walk around and see all the different colors, shapes and sizes.

The Lumina Pumpkin is white in color.

These are cute!  They call them the Pump-Ke-Mons!

The Turbin Pumpkin has a turbin shape to it.

The Carnivals have different colors.

Pink Ladies have a more flat shape.

These they call the Fairy Tales, because they have the Pink Ladies' shape, but they're still more orange(ish) in color.

A mixed barrel of vegetables

And finally, here are the pumpkins we came home with:

We got pumpkins ranging from teeny tiny in size to one, big, fat one!  What about you?  Did you get any pumpkins for Halloween?  How big or small are your pumpkins this year?

we don't carve pumpkins...we can them and eat them. lol. I wonder if the inside and the taste is the same with all the different pumpkins.

I LOVE all of the photos. I'm so intrigued by the Turbin pumpkins they have such a unique look. What a clean pumpkin patch! Here in Oregon we often have to put on the boots and rain coats and slosh through mud to find the perfect pumpkin. Enjoy the beauty around you!
