Our Pumpkin Seeds

Today I'm sharing with you what we did with our pumpkin seedsOne of my favorite blogs had a recipe that I really wanted to try, because our family loves spicy food.  You can head over to bubbyandbean.com and get the recipe for Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds too!  I even pinned it onto my Pinterest board for Autumn Days.

My kitchen has terrible lighting!  But these are the seeds right out of the oven.

I added extra pepper, because (like I said) my family really likes spicy food.  If you like spicy foods, you'll love these pumpkin seeds!

I've still got to share our pumpkin carving with you, but my camera is going out on me, literally only working now and then (when it wants to work).  I've had to use my daughter's camera as a back up, and that one has a dead battery right now.  I'll charge it and then post our pumpkin carving adventure.

Have you ever tried roasted pumpkin seeds?

Your pumpkin seeds look gorgeous and it's wonderful to try new recipes isn't it! In Portugal where I am from one of the regional snacks is salted dry pumpkin seeds and they are very addictive. I love pumpkin seeds (without the shells) in muesli and salads.
