Clickin' it Cowgirl Style

Who watches The Voice?  Well, it's one of my guilty pleasures.  I really enjoyed watching this past season, as the talent was absolutely outstanding.  It was impressive to see the first duo make it to the finals.  My favorite part of the season was when The Swon Brothers performed Fishin' in the Dark, because growing up, I heard that song often (I lived in a house full of country music lovers, and it totally grew on me).  I lived in a small town, where the rodeo was a HUGE deal, and it still is every year.

Anyway, so now you have a little background about my history with country living.  It's time for me to introduce Clickin' Cowgirls!  Read on to learn about Clickin' Cowgirls with my Q&A session.  =0)

Real quick, before we get started, I wanted to share a find from Clickin' Cowgirls that really took my back to my childhood, because my aunt had a handbag almost exactly like this one:

How and when did Clickin' Cowgirls start?   What was the inspiration?

Clickin' Cowgirls is a newcomer, founded in April of 2013.  Clickin' Cowgirls chose to focus on a specific niche: western lifestyle.
Clickin' Cowgirls is the companion site to our other site:, which features western e-tailers and retailers.

Clickin' Cowgirls is a great, new resource for finding stylish and unique handmade gifts to make you just a little bit cooler
than all your friends. You won’t find any commercialized, big box store products on our site — we only offer the best,
high-quality “small batch” creations from small business owners and artisans.
We are a breath of fresh, Americana air in the online shopping world.

Folks in the cowboy community are among the friendliest and most loyal people. Courtesy and superior service are legendary, and for good reason. They remain loyal to their roots or embody the enduring spirit of our forefathers, the frontier and The Cowboy Code.

What does Clickin' Cowgirls offer and what makes it so great?

We have featured multiple sellers over the last month and are always looking for more.
For a limited time, join us and receive 50 free product listings for 6 months for handmade and vintage products.

Is there anything else you'd like readers to know about Clickin' Cowgirls?

The cowboy culture is defined by an honest day’s work, courtesy and good service – fostering loyalty among businesses and their customers. Out of deep respect for these traits,  our company wants to help Western-oriented businesses to build, grow and prosper while remaining true to their values.
We have always supported small business, and in light of today’s soft economy it is so much more important that, as a country, we put forth even greater effort to do so consciously and collectively.
Our company welcomes the opportunity to bring together the finest Western merchants on our website and to promote their businesses to people in America, Canada and the world.

What a fun website! I love the handbags. So beautiful. I have only watched the voice while channel surfing. So I catch random performances which I love! If I can get over my television ADD I could watch an entire season!
