Easing Chaos

Chaos. It seems like that's what it's been like at my house ever since I've been trying to get caught up with everything...And then with back-to-school going on - just pure CHAOS.

A great way to unwind from a long day? How about a nice, long bath? Do you ever get that luxury? Not me! But I'll settle for an extra two minutes in the shower, because I'll take what I can get!

Here are some Bath & Body picks that I think would be lovely for easing chaotic days.

Can you feel the relaxation setting in yet? It's almost the weekend, so hang in there!

What's your ideal way to unwind after a long day?

Thanks for featuring my soap, Kim!

I totally get the events, school starting and my kids playing 3 sports at once is making the schedule a little tricky since we have games/practice every day of the week but Friday:)

To relax ,hubby and I sneak away for at least an hour a night to cuddle on the couch and chat/watch some shows we DVR.

Oh! I would love a bubble bath! My tub actually has jets in it. However my house is hot water on demand. This means I can not get enough hot water for a bath! A glass of red wine does the trick for me. :)

I've always been a book worm, but have a hard time putting down a real "suck you in" novel at the end of the day. So, I've got two books going and at night before bed, I take 10 minutes to drink a glass of water and read a chapter in whatever "self help/make me a better person" book I have on my nightstand. It seems to help me relax and unwind, and bonus I get in extra H20 and make myself a better person :)

I would like a relaxing bubblebath, but with 2 young boys in the house, that is an impossibility ..either they have to use THAT bathroom or they break in to have me referee an argument..NOT relaxing. Apparently the sight of me in the tub is not a deterant..they don't care..I do! My relaxation is after they are in bed I have a glass of wine and read, watch a show other than a cartoon or cruise Pinterest!

I'm copying and pasting my response to you from my panic attack blog post:

Aw thanks Kim.

You are such a wonderful person. I'm about to go give your blog some lovin.

And yes, my banner needed a sunny change. (:
I'm going for a more personal blog.

Oh and my favorite way to unwind and something somewhat sedentary for my body but not for my hands. I like catching up on tv shows while crafting.. so it actually ends up being productive somehow... busy body!! haha. :)

I have a little baggie of bath salts, that I haven't used yet. Have you thought of burning a candle when you take a bath, or shower? It really relaxes me.

A long, hot bath is my perfect idea of a way to unwind and destress. Throw in a little wine and it's even better :)
Lavender is one of my favorite scents and the body frosting sounds so good too!
