Another Reason October is Awesome


You might remember just a couple of weeks ago at the end of September I did a Words for my Wednesday post about Anti-Bullying. If you missed it, you can view it here.

This month is Bullying Prevention Awareness Month. 

October is a month full of awareness issues that are important [read my other October Awareness Month posts HERE and HERE. Visit stopbullying.org to find out more information about anti-bullying and bullying prevention. The site (and its social media pages) is not currently being updated due to the government shutdown, but that shouldn't stop us from raising awareness! That is why I am blogging about yet another good cause for this month [and reblogging the image above], and you can too.

I thought this month was for Breast cancer awareness month only. I have so many bullying kids at my school! Stop bullying is super important!

I'm so happy with all of the positive calls to action bullying has been receiving in the past few years. If people pay attention and take those positive actions, things can begin to change.
