Did you Eat Breakfast Today?

I used to skip breakfast ALL the time when I was younger, but breakfast is really important!
I found this fun infographic and thought I would share with you all.

Breakfast From Around The World
Source: Visually.

Oatmeal (a hot cereal, which on the Top 10 list) is one of my all time favorites for breakfast, because you can flavor it so many different ways. I like it with blueberries, or with a hint of brown sugar.
I also like yogurt with granola or fruit. YUM! I think that's what I'll have this morning.
So, did you eat breakfast today? What's your favorite breakfast meal? Is there a breakfast on the infographic that you'd like to try?
I like croissants, so I'd love to try Yerba some day. =0)

I used to skip breakfast in college a lot when I figured out that I could actually lose weight by skipping breakfast. It was a bad habit but I don't do it anymore. In fact, breakfast is the meal I definitely eat and often miss lunch because I'm busy.

I do find it amazing that breakfast is different around the world. When I went to Korea I expected a traditional American breakfast (I don't know why??) but..nope I got rice and veggies!! In Spain it was tapas. Crazy but cool.

I'll admit I almost never aye breakfast before I got pregnant. Just coffee. Now I usually eat oatmeal and banana or apple. And I keep a Luna Bar by my bed in case I'm really hungry when I wake up. :)

Interesting! I eat breakfast every day, and I think it does help give a good jump start. Just 2 cups of cheerios and milk with my daily vitamin does wonders!

I love oatmeal and all the stuff you can add to it but I usually just pop a frozen waffle in the toaster for my breakfast. Hey...have you ever tried natto on rice (Japanese)?

How educational! I love breakfast.. I run low on energy fast if I don't have it. I'm down for anything but usually something filling and not heavy. Love good old' sunny side up eggs and some toast with jam. But I'm okay with dinner leftovers too. :P

I do always eat breakfast and my favorite thing are egg sandwiches. I make them healthy though with turkey sandwiches, and low fat cheese. I also love cinnamon rolls, not so healthy!

That is very interesting to see what people around the world eat for breakfast.
I was never allowed to skip breakfast even as a teenager. By the time I left home, breakfast was a regular meal for me.

I love that infographic, it's cool to see what people eat in other countries for breakfast. I love breakfast, I have it everyday, and oatmeal with nuts and fruit is my favorite.

Interesting facts! Fun to read what people have for breakfast around the world. My breakfast usually involves something with milk. Either some toast with a glass of milk of cereal.

I tried those fermented soy beans once and they were the WORST thing I have EVER put in my mouth. And I love trying new foods!!! I thought I had eaten something rotten. I love breakfast! My favorite is good ol fashioned southern style eggs, bacon, and biscuits with chocolate gravy. That only comes on the weekends though. I usually have eggs, cereal, or yogurt.
