I used to skip breakfast ALL the time when I was younger, but breakfast is really important!
I found this fun infographic and thought I would share with you all.
Oatmeal (a hot cereal, which on the Top 10 list) is one of my all time favorites for breakfast, because you can flavor it so many different ways. I like it with blueberries, or with a hint of brown sugar.
I also like yogurt with granola or fruit. YUM! I think that's what I'll have this morning.
