While I've been sick, I've been pretty well disconnected from all things online. Life happens. My headache was so intense, and it didn't let up for any long period of time. Over the past week, I've been staying away from the computer as much as possible - only getting on and looking at the screen when I absolutely needed to get something done (and I made it quick, when I did).
I have to say...Being disconnected felt pretty good. I didn't stress over any of it. I really couldn't let myself. There wasn't time to think about it or let it get to me. I was feeling so awful that it didn't even phase me. My head hurt so bad, I'm sure it would've hurt to think about it anyway!
I got sneak peeks and updates via Instagram and twitter from my phone, but that's about it.
Being disconnected and taking a blog break felt really good, actually. While I have so much to catch up on now, I'm sure I'll be a little crazy with an extensive To-Do List for awhile. But I'm glad I got to stay offline for a bit (not so glad for the reason why - but still glad nonetheless).
So today marks my comeback! It's time to reconnect and get back to all things bloggy-ness and otherwise. Time to catch up on everything. Unfortunately, that means house work too. Yuck.
