Words for my Wednesday

A simple thought for today.

With all the dryness of our California drought, the yard is pretty much dead. Dead with weeds. But even among the ugliness of weeds, there is beauty to be found.

Do you have a quote, saying or some words to share? Please do with a comment. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Aww, that's so uplifting! I'm starting a really busy day, so that's a nice thought.

Lovely! Everything here is in a state of hibernation here. But my absolute favorite thing in the world is when my kiddos pick a pretty weed in the spring and bring it to me to cheer me up.

Wonderful weed! Ours just started growing this week, but they're not blooming any beauty like that.

Let's pretend we're Natalie Wood in Miracle on 34th Street and repeat "I believe, I believe."

Thnks for the flower pic. It's snowy and cold here.

That quote from James is beautiful and so true!

And hope you guys get some rain soon. It's always so weird seeing flowers, and sunshine, and people playing outside, when on the other side of the country we are buried in snow! Would trade in a heart beat :)
