So anyway, back in mid-summer, Healthy Home Company sent me a bundle of their newest products to review. I haven't been able to post about these awesome newbies until now and now is a good time to share with you, because there's a Baker's Dozen Sale going on as the Twelve Days of Christmas daily sales just ended.
First, let me tell you about some favorites of the newer products that we was able to try.
The toothpaste is AWESOME. That's seriously the best word to describe it. It's got a great taste and it's completely safe for the entire family. What's not to love about that?
Have you ever wondered what's in your toothpaste? Have you ever used the kind of toothpaste that has those little microbeads in it? You'll be surprised at what you're putting into your mouth! Take a peek at t his ABC News video to see the report on what they found, and why the manufacturer removed those little microbeads. After watching it, you'll be glad to know that Healthy Home Company's SMILE toothpaste is totally safe!
Next up, the sunscreen. I was waiting for HHC to come out with a sunscreen! And the launched it just in time for the hot summer weather. Lucky us, we used the sunscreen when we visited the California State Fair to protect us from the harmful sun rays.
It's SPF 32, and this is straight from the item description:
"Sunscreen SPF 32 is made with purified zinc oxide with the highest rated purity level by the United States Pharmacopeia-1. It provides UVA and UVB protection, and is dermatologist recommended safe for the whole family. It contains eight organic ingredients, is paraben-free, non-nanoparticle and contains no petrochemicals."
And the last one I want to share today is the Men's two-in-one Shampoo & Body Wash. No, I didn't try it, but my oldest son did, and it got his seal of approval. He loved that he could use it as both a shampoo and body wash. He also loves the smell of it; it's a mandarin and earl grey scent that's "not girly at all" (in his words).
Plus, this item is included in the Baker's Dozen Sale that I mentioned above. That means that you can get it at 40% off regular price for today only, because today's the last day of the sale!
I've raved about Healthy Home Company products before, and I will every chance that I get to do so, because these products are all amazing and SO well worth the money. Do I only buy HHC products? No, but if I could, I totally would. I make an active effort to live healthier, but it doesn't mean that I don't buy and love regular products too. Just like I try to eat healthier, but I still indulge in sweets every now and then (and maybe more than I should).
You might be wondering why I'm loving these products and this company so much. Besides offering great products, HHC offers education. They keep up to date on all things healthy, and they share the information with members. Take a look at this article from Huffington Post about skincare. It explains why what we put on our skin matters and how it affects our health. It's really great to know that there's a company out there looking out for what's best for the family. Don't you think?
Anyway, as we near the end of the year, I'm going to be placing another HHC order very soon. I'll be stocking up on toothpaste, among other things. So I've decided to offer one tube of SMILE to a lucky reader as part of my impromptu 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways here on the blog. But please be sure to check out the Baker's Dozen Sale as well for 40% off selected products, and scroll down a little further to view the HOLIDAY SALE section has selected items at a whopping 50% off!!!
