Smell the Roses {Words for my Wednesday}

It's been quite awhile since I've shared a Words for my Wednesday post, and I've been missing them. Have you?

I've been taking lots of pictures of flowers lately. It must be spring in the air! I've shared some on Instagram, but not all of them. I have a whole lot more just waiting.

If you happen to be feeling a little bit overwhelmed with life lately (or even if you're not), be sure that you make it a necessity to stop and smell the roses. Take a moment to yourself to breathe in some fresh air. Look at nature's beauty around you.

This is Earth Month, and Earth Day is just one week away.

When we take time to see the beauty, smell the roses, we can better appreciate it.

Have you smelled any roses lately?

Don't forget to join us at Wonderful Wednesday!

Beautiful reminder! With a bouquet of flowers I received the other day, I find myself taking moments to smell them as I walk by. It really does help to relax the soul.

No roses here to smell yet. I'm anxious for things to start blooming so I start snapping pics of them, and enjoying their beauty rather than the brown icky we have rite now. Gorgeous pics Kim!

Faith, hope, and love -
the greatest of these is love:
jump into faith...
and you'll see with love.
Doesn’t matter if you don’t believe
(what I write);
God believes in you.
God bless you.

Our roses are just about done here - but I spend a LOT of time smelling the metaphorical roses.
Great photo. Thank you.

I love flowers too! Gardenias are my favorite and my tree just has its first 2 blooms! Can't wait to fill my house with that beautiful fragrance! Makes me smile!
