Holiday Baking

One of the things that we look forward to this time of year is all of the fun holiday baking! I know it's been a long time since I've shared a recipe, and I didn't have time to bust one out here for you this season either. BUT - I could not let the holidays go by without sharing what we've been up to in the kitchen!

Each year, we choose different goodies to bake. The winners for this year were...

It was our very first time making Snickerdoodles (grandma's recipe!). Those turned out so good that we had to make another batch. We ate most of the first batch and didn't have enough to give away!
Chocolate Chip Mint Cookies and White Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies were also made. YUM for both. The mint cookies also had the tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips in them. And the oatmeal cookies had little bits of Heath candy bars in them. Super yummy. Really.

Which of the three cookies shown above would you most want to try??? Let me know with a blog comment!

Since I don't have a recipe to share today, I thought I'd point you in the direction of some of my past recipes posted - oldies, but goodies, if you will. Take a look and see if anything catches your eye!

Here are some of my past cookie recipes shared:

Soft Pumpkin Pie Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies
Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Green Minty Holiday Cookies

Be sure to join me later for Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop (7:00 PM, EST)! There's sure to be loads of yummy holiday recipes shared this week. =0)
I'll be sharing some gluten-free pumpkin desserts real soon too!

My son loves to make Snickerdoodles. They always turn out great. This year he made a while batch of Swedish Jelly Cookies all by himself.

Deliciousness! I have never tried making chocolate chip mint cookies. That is right up my alley to try!

On this side of the world I made fruit cake and shortbread to give away. And am trying hard not to eat them.

All 3 look good, but I think we'd like to try the white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies the most.
